• Team size: 100 - 120 employees, with 35 in the tech team

- Suggest and build new features

- Ensure quality of the code through TDD, pairing sessions, and code reviews

- Support the progression of less senior team members through mentoring and technical decision making

- Get stuck in with automation tools, cloud infrastructure, and tools like Docker, Redis, CI/CD, and Sidekiq
